There are six applets in this suite; All use an image of Stourbridge's 19th century Town Clock, facing downhill to lower highstreet, with an upward scrolling message; This is the first one with added animated fairground illumination; the frame is set in nesting html tables. |
XmasClock2 Snow Applet |
This applet uses a simple 5 pixel border and is a frameless alternative to the one above.
With the same scrolling text and fairground animation this may run a little faster on a slow machine |
XmasClock3 Snow Applet |
This snow applet, although identical appearance to the first one, differs in that the frame is a part of the applet - notice how the mouse pointer changes from default arrow to hyperlink pointer as it crosses the outer margin of the frame |

The last three applets in this suite use the plainer stand-alone text without the animated fairground text; this snow applet is based on XmasClock1 |
